Our terms
1. Deliveries and offers based on the following terms of delivery and transaction.
2. The offers are without engagement. Orders will be binding upon me after they are confirmed from me or I have deliverd the item.
3. Delivering will be only after advanced payment. Delivering to Europe and the rest of the world will be only after advanced payment, too.
4. The bill has to be paid within 14 days after getting the confirmation of order. You can see the bank details at the website. The bank details will told you in a personalized order confirmation, too.
5. Using paying with paypal the bill has to be paid within 14 days after getting the confirmation of order, too.
6. Delivery starts after receiving the complete amount. After ordering latex clothes of Studio GUM there is to pay deposit of 50%. The delivering time can be different from other items because the ordered item of Studio GUM will be orered by me after receiving the deposit. Items from Studio GUM can have a delivering time from 12 - 16 weeks.
7. Within Europe, the "Standard" shipping option in the following countries means delivery to a drop point: Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Cyprus, Poland, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France and the Netherlands. If delivery to your home address is desired in these countries, you must select the "Premium" shipping option. When delivering to a drop point, DHL will share your email address to notify you when your package is ready for pickup. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, you must select the "Premium" shipping option. Delivery to a drop point without sharing your email address is not possible.8. An exchange of the ware is only possible if the item is unused and is returned in the original package. Latex clothes cannot be exchanged because of hygienic reasons. In case of gib´ving the ordered items back, you have to return the original bill, too. The return of the items has to be paid by the customer when the the amount is not more than 40,00 Euro.
9. If you provide your telephone number when ordering it will be passed on to the sender DHL to resolve any delivery problems. In case of international shipments the data is passed on to the foreigne delivery organization. If you do not want this, please do not provide a telephone number.
10. An order can be cancelled within 14 days after receiving the order.
11. Otherwise, the general provisions of the Distance Selling Act apply.
12. Place of performance and legale domicile is Osnabrück, Germany.
